This container is specially designed to efficiently grind fresh, whole-grain and gluten-free flour, mix batter, and knead thick yeast dough for pizza, soft pretzels, and homemade bread.

Compatibility:
This container can be used with all full-size Vitamix® blenders, however SELF-DETECT® features are only available with Smart System machines. Enjoy the convenience of up to five Dry Grains Container Blending Programs when paired with an Ascent Series Blender.

Self-Detect® Technology

Your Ascent™ Series blender will recognize the container and automatically adjust blend settings for its size.

BPA-Free

Containers and lids are made of BPA-free Eastman Tritan®.

Easy to Clean

The container and lid are both dishwasher-safe, or can be cleaned by blending a drop of dish soap and warm water for 35 seconds.

Long-Lasting Blades

Laser-cut blades are crafted from hardened stainless steel, delivering better blends and longer life.

Specially Designed Tamper

Use the included Tamper to press thick and frozen mixtures toward the blades for faster, smoother blends.

See-Through Lid and Lid Plug

A clear lid with leak-proof seal helps you monitor the progress of every blend.  A removable, vented lid plug allows you to add ingredients while blending, and doubles as a 2-ounce measuring cup.

Engineered for Whole Grains

The blades in our Dry Grains Container are specifically designed to create a reverse vortex, pushing dry ingredients away from the blades to prevent packing.
